Who we are

YelloShelf is operated by Ashish Jha, Kaina, Samastipur, Bihar 848209. Email: support@yelloshelf.com. These terms apply whenever you use yelloshelf.com or any YelloShelf service.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens in your account.

Workspaces and roles

You can create workspaces and invite others as admins or members. The account owner is responsible for the people they invite and for how credits are spent in every workspace.

Credits

• YelloShelf is a paid service. There is no free tier or trial.
• You buy credits in one-time packs. Larger packs include bonus credits.
• Credits are valid for 30 days. Every new purchase resets the expiry of your whole balance to 30 days from that purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable except under our Refund Policy.
• Each action shows its credit cost before you start. If a job fails you are not charged for it.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse to process content that breaks it.

Your responsibility for listings

YelloShelf creates drafts with AI. You are responsible for checking that every title, description, price, image and post is accurate and legal before you publish it, and for following the rules of each marketplace and platform.

Where the law or a platform requires it, you are responsible for disclosing that content, including advertising, was created or edited with AI.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You own the outputs YelloShelf creates for you and may use them commercially, subject to the terms of the AI providers we use. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service.

You must have the rights to everything you upload, including logos, products and any people shown.

Etsy

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

YelloShelf reads public Etsy listings through Etsy's API to research your market. It does not connect to your Etsy shop or act on your behalf on Etsy.

If you sell on Etsy, you are responsible for following Etsy's rules, including its Creativity Standards and Prohibited Items Policy, before you publish anything YelloShelf writes.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

No guarantee of results

We work to make your listings better, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, approvals or any other result on any marketplace or platform.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using YelloShelf and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or are involved in payment disputes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, YelloShelf is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
